Murtala Abdulrahman Raji is a senior energy-sector professional with over 15 years of experience across strategy, commercial operations, procurement, and corporate services. He leads Strategy and Business Development at NESCO, where he drives growth initiatives, market expansion, and long-term business sustainability.
Before joining NESCO, he held several senior leadership roles at Jos Electricity Distribution Plc, including Chief Commercial Officer and Regional Manager, delivering significant revenue growth, improved collection efficiency, reduced ATC&C losses, and strengthened regulatory compliance.
Mr. Raji holds an MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Central Lancashire (UK) and a BSc in Economics from the Federal University of Technology, Yola. He is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (UK) and the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria, and has completed executive programmes with MIT Sloan School of Management.
